This project was a new vehicle based on an existing vehicle, but with a new bogie type and other changes.

Belper Rail were responsible for the following:

• Identification of applicable standards

• Project strategy documents for key areas such as ride, braking, gauging

• Creation of clause by clause documents for all applicable standards

• Submissions to the NoBo / DeBo

• Liaison with the NoBo / DeBo

• Full CSM compliance including all documentation, hazard identification meetings, and liaison with the AsBo

• Engineering calculations as required
